I received this by Ups this morning and the containers could of been better. Putting it together was simple, only thing you need is a wrench for the nuts on the handle. Using it is also easy and I was pleased at how well it worked. We have one beautiful flowering but messy tree that has fern type leaves. It handled the flowers, leaves and also the tiny twigs the leaves grow on. Only issue I had was when I tried to vacuum up too big a pile, I clogged it up. Easy to empty but don't let the bag get over filled as it wants to tip back.
